What areas does the Michiana Pooper Scooper service?
MPS services the communities of South Bend, Mishawaka, Elkhart and Niles.

Where do you clean?
Wherever your dog(s) “go.” Seriously, we clean dog runs, concrete areas,
wood decks, and residential & commercial landscaped areas, we pay very
close attention to children play areas (ex: sand pits). Hosing down concrete
areas or wood decks are extra.

What are you rates?
Our rates are based how many dog(s) we are scooping for at your residence.
We also charge for initial cleaning and one time cleaning.

Is it possible to hire MPS for a one-time cleaning only?
Yes. We make our services available for one time cleanings. (Residential and
Commercial properties.)

How does MPS charge for initial and one time cleaning?
Initial and one time cleaning is charge by number of gallons of waste collected.
We have 5 gallons buckets, as they are filled we charge by each gallon that is
collected. First 2 gallons is $40 dollars $7.50 for each additional gallon.
(Ex: 2 ½ gallons you will be charge $43.75) If you continue service for one full
month you will receive a $15.00 credit towards your initial cleaning.  

What happens if it snows or I cancel an appointment?
In the event it snows more than 1 inch the previous day or on the day MPS is  
schedule to scoop your property we will not scoop that day. If we are unable to
scoop your property within 48 hours of the schedule scoop day,  we will be out
the following schedule scoop day. On that visit you will be charge the regular
rate for the schedule visit and ½ price for the missed visit. MPS charge half the
rate, because we are still collecting poop from the cancel visit. Same goes for
a cancel visit, if you need to suspend service because your pet is away just
give us a call.

Can I leave my dog(s) in the yard when MPS is scooping?
Yes, but if MPS and the client agree that it would be best to leave the dog(s)
inside to scoop, because of their aggressiveness and the dog(s) are out, MPS
will not scoop. The client will be charge for the visit at full rate.

Are there an obstacles that may ensure less than perfect results?
MPS have a hard time when challenged by extraneous variables on your
property which may or may not result in less than perfect results. It is difficult to
guarantee complete removal of dog(s) poop on your property when excessive
leaves, tall grass & weeds, scattered debris, large puddles of water & muddy
areas are on the property, as well as loose dog stool.

What if I refer a customer?
If you refer a client for a one time cleaning you will receive a $10 credit, towards
your next month bill. If the referral signs up for continue service, after the first full
month of service with referred client you will receive a $15 credit towards your
bill.   

What are the terms & conditions?
No service contract needed for residential work, just a signed agreement.
Service contract required for commercial property (ex: kennels, apartments,
condos & HOA’s.)
We reserve the right to refuse service.
We do not scoop for any other type of animal feces unless agreed upon.
Satisfaction Guaranteed! If your not satisfied we will revisit your property
within 24 hours. We will make it right, or that week’s service is free.
Pricing can change at any time.

What is your payment & billing policies?
On-going service clients are sent an invoice around the 1st of each month.
Check or money order due on 15th of each month for on-going clients.
For initial cleanings and one time cleaning all fees are due at the time of
service.
Returned checks will incur a $30 fee to your account.
MPS will discontinue service until account is current.
